This apple cobbler with pumpkin biscuits has luscious apples and dried cranberries with a pumpkin pie spiced pumpkin biscuit topping!
I’m a huge fan of cobblers, mostly because they are less fussy than pies and they can serve a large crowd of folks. I opted to fully embrace fall by not only making an apple cobbler with dried cranberries, but topping it with pumpkin biscuits! A liberally dusting of pumpkin pie spice blend to both the cobbler filling and the pumpkin biscuit means this dessert just screams Autumn. When I took it to a party, folks couldn’t get enough of it. This cobbler was devoured in no time. Get the recipe for my Apple Cobbler with Pumpkin Bicscuits over at the Anolon website!

the twist of adding pumpkin to the biscuits sounds awesome! and i love how craggly and heurng (ack i feel like this is the best way to describe it, but i guess caramelized/browned works too) they look!
