I love this crazy insane man, and I'm so proud of him!
So last Thursday, I said I was going to be back here on Monday with my usual ramblings and a fabulous recipe. I had every intention of doing just that. Except it didn’t happen. AJ (and several of his friends) went down to the California central valley to do an insane double century bike ride. What’s that? It’s 200 miles in one day – 14 hours of cycling! He and his friends are all insane and all amazing. I adore them all but they are all crazy. And AJ was totally the instigator of the trip.
Though I wasn’t planning on going with them, I ended up tagging along (strictly for moral support NOT to ride with them) but due to this last minute trip, I didn’t get nearly as much done as I had hoped. So no recipe today but expect one up on Wednesday…until then, hope you guys have a great Monday!
Josh, Alic, AJ and Mok finishing their 200 miles bike ride at 8:45pm. They started at 6:45am.

That’s insane and yet admirable at the same time. My friend bikes from SF to LA each year for the AIDS bike ride and it always captures my heart when someone does that. I’m cheering for AJ!
