...and scene! November is over; NaBloPoMo is done! Photo and design by Irvin Lin of Eat the Love. www.eatthelove.com

Today is the last day of November. With Thanksgiving over I can now mentally prepare myself for the onslaught of Christmas stuff (I know it’s already happening out there in the real world but I’ve been in completely denial about it). AND, with a giant sigh of relief, I can also declare NaBloPoMo over! I’m proud to say that I was able to post every single day for the month of November and was able to do some fun things.

Thank you, ever single person that stopped by my little tiny slice of the internet, to help support me in during November. I went into NaBloPoMo and the idea that I would post every single day for the month of November with trepidation but I’m actually coming out of it invigorated. I ended up posting a good mix of digital photography tutorials, kitchen tips, weekly wallpapers for downloading, photo essays, inspirational quotes and, of course, recipes. Lots of recipes. Recipes with pumpkin (pumpkin chess pie tart, pumpkin bundt cake, pumpkin cinnamon rolls) and a few without pumpkin (apple pie bars, sufganiyot with cranberry sauce).

I’m especially thrilled that you all responded so well to my non-dessert recipes, something I haven’t really posted a lot of here on my blog! Though I’m known mostly for my complicated baked goods, I’ve been trying to mix it up with easier desserts (like my super easy and fast caramel apples recipe) but even with those, I knew I wouldn’t be able to post all baked goods for the month of November. With recipes like my Homemade Cranberry Sauce, my easy Mussels and Fries dinner, How to make Potato Chips as well as my hugely popular Vegan Green Bean Casserole, you guys not only stuck with me but made my day week month by telling me you loved them. Expect more savory recipes in the future here on Eat the Love!

I won’t be post for the next few days (what?!? A few days off from blogging? I’m so excited, that I’ll be able to sleep in!) but expect some fun stuff coming up in December, especially with the holidays. Until then, I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving!

Oh yeah, and a special shoutout to my fellow NaBloPoMo participants and friends who’ve all helped cheerlead me (and others) on the sides as they also cranked out posts after post each day of November:

Sean of Hedonia
Sabrina of The Tomato Tart
Nicole of Pinch my Salt
Alejandra of Always Order Dessert
Winnie of Healthy Green Kitchen
Renee of Kitchen Conundrum
and so many more…check out the list of participants for the month of November!

I remember when you said you were thinking of participating in NaBloPoMo…has it really already been a month? It went by so fast! Well, for me. Probably not for you! Ha. Great series :)
