Will you win the Attune Foods Graham Cracker Crust Pie Contest? Photo by Irvin Lin of Eat the Love

A couple of months ago, you might remember that I wrote how I was teaming up with Attune Foods to help judge in their Healthy Holiday Recipe Contest. I just wanted to remind you, my dear readers, that there is still time to enter! The deadline for the contest is December 31st and there aren’t a lot of entries, which means there’s more of a chance for you to win! And, as an added bonus, Attune food has agreed to giveaway some of those awesome graham crackers for you to use. Details on the giveaway at the end of the post.

Attune Foods Recipe Contest Details

The pie contest is a snap. Come up with an original graham cracker crust pie recipe, using Attune foods Erewhone organic graham crackers (either cinnamon or honey) and submit it on their website. You could win a Professional 600 series KitchenAid mixer! I don’t even have one of those beauties.

Recently I like to dip graham crackers in greek yogurt and eat that as a snack. S’mores are also always a fine choice!

My grandma’s infamous graham cracker crunchies. They involve a browned butter and brown sugar sauce with pecans drizzled over graham crackers. These treats were definitely her staple for holiday cookie exchanges.

Well, being a transplant from New Zealand I am still exploring the delights of graham crackers. The first shock was discovering that they are called a cracker but they are sweet. I have overcome this and love them with just a little marmalade. I’m afraid I’ve never tried a s’more!

I am a graham cracker maniac! I actually love them completely plain, maybe with a glass of milk.
I’ll have to think about this pie recipe contest. It sounds like fun!

I adore a graham cracker crust on any pie, but I’m much more likely to make simple graham cracker cookies with a simple butter/milk/vanilla/powdered sugar frosting in the middle (any food color but blue :).

I love making pudding layer cakes with graham cracker crusts! Most often: butterscotch pudding. Layers of graham cracker crust, pudding, and whipped cream….delish.

i am surprised to see so many other people like them with peanut butter and jelly too!
bread always went stale before i could eat it all, so in college i would use graham crackers instead. graham cracker PBJs always remind me of paper writing and studying for exams.

Thank you Irvin. Looking forward to receiving the graham crackers. Your Holiday desserts looked fabulous. I finally finished baking all 12 cookie doughs which made quite an impressive cookie box for gift giving. I hope your holidays were wonderful :)
